We offer critical thinking appraisals for police departments along with training to develop or improve police critical thinking and/or problem-solving for all positions in a police department. If we can't meet your needs, we will recommend a qualified and respected provider.

PPP2100 is the initiative of Dr. Darl H Champion, Sr. PPP2100 is committed to acting as a hub to share information, research findings, and new ideas that can improve the future of policing in a democratic society. In addition, PPP2100 provides critical thinking appraisals for police departments, plus training to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. . Presently there is no subscription fee. Dr. Champion is committed to assisting law enforcement professionals in a better understanding of critical thinking, problem-solving, and futuring as it relates to policing and police leadership. In today's policing environment, law enforcement is challenged to provide high quality services to the public it serves consistent with the core philosophy and values of good policing in a democratic society. Police Paradigm Pioneers 2100 (PPP2100.com) shares with law enforcement leaders information and sources related to critical thinking, problem-solving, anticipating the future, and leadership development. Presently, it offers critical thinking appraisals as part of a joint project with Pearson Workforce Education to create a police group norm for critical thinking using the Watson Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal III (WG-III). We also provide training in critical thinking development and problem-solving.
